Cancellation Policy

At Sharon King Hearing Centres, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time allocated to another client who may need it. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, or no shows will result in forfeiture of their session fee. Thank you for your understanding.
